Apple Meat Loaf Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb Lean beef, ground
1 1/2 cup Prapared stuffing mix
2 cup Apples, finely chopped
3 Eggs, (or egg substitute)
2 tsp Salt, (or to taste)
1 tbsp Prepared mustard
1 large Onion, minced
3 tbsp Prepared horseradish
1/4 cup Catup

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients; mix throughtly. Pack into a greased 9 X 6 X 3"
loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. The
