Apple Wedges With Poppy-Seed Dressing Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 tbsp Orange juice
2 tsp Salad oil
1 tsp Honey
1/4 tsp Poppy seed
1 dash Salt
1 medium Apple
Lettuce leaves

 

Recipe Instructions:

For dressing, in a small bowl combine the orange juice, salad oil, honey,
poppy seed, and salt. Stir together till well blended. Cover and chili
till serving time. Core apple and cut into wedges. Place on 2 individual
lettuce-lined salad plates. Stir chilled dressing and spoon over apple
wedges. Makes 2 servings
