Baked Onion Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 medium vidalia onion, peeled, quatered = (or other sweet onion) 2 tbsp tomato paste 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Recipe Instructions:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Brush onion with tomato paste and sprinkle with seasoning.
Wrap in aluminium foil, leaving an airspace, and bake 1 hour or until tender.
This recipe yields 1 serving. Serving size: 1 recipe
