Baked Orange Slices Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup Orange juice 1/2 cup Apple juice 2 tbsp Honey 1/4 cup Raisins 1 dash Cinnamon 1 dash Nutmeg 2 Or 3 oranges
Recipe Instructions:
Mix ingedients except oranges in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat until honey is melted about 3 minutes. Set aside. Peel oranges, and slice them into quarters. Place oranges slices in a small baking dish, and pour sauce over them. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes. Watch closely. You don't want slices to burn, but the sauce should thicken slightly. Serve warm. I don't keep honey in the house....have no idea what this is like with honey in it. I made it anyhow and used a sugar substitute. My big kid really liked it with a little whipping cream. (light)
