Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt 1/2 tsp Dill weed 1 1/2 tsp Dried chives 1/4 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper 2 tsp Imitation bacon bits
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill
Per serving: 2g protein, 1g fat, 2g carb., 111mg sodium, 2mg chol., 20 calories.
