Banana Bavarian Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 package Unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup Water 2 cup Evaporated skim milk 2 medium Ripe bananas Sweetener equivalent to 4 teaspoons sugar 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp Banana extract
Recipe Instructions:

Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small saucepan, and let soften a few minutes. Heat, stirring frequently, until gelatin is completely dissolved. In a blender container, combine remaining ingredients. Add gelatin mixture. Glend until smooth. Pour into 4 individual serving bowls and chill until set. Each serving provides: 171 Calories - add 16 calories if sugar or fructose is used as sweetner, 14 g protein, 1 g fat, 28 g carbohydrate, 151 mg sodium, 5 mg cholesterol. Equal to 1 Fruit Serving and 1 milk serving with 0 additional calories if no sugar is used.
