Banana Pineapple Freeze Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups mashed ripe bananas 2 cups unsweetened orange juice 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained Ground cinnamon, to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, processing until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into a 9- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish and freeze overnight or until firm. Serve chilled.
This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
