Banana Shake Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free milk 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat frounceen yogurt 1 small ripe banana, peeled 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Recipe Instructions:
Blend the milk and frozen yogurt in a blender or food processor about 1 minute. Add the banana and vanilla; blend a few seconds longer.
This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Fruit, 1/2 Low-Fat Milk.

Try pitted sweet Bing cherries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, mango, or a combination of fruits.
