Bean And Rice Burritos Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

Vegetable cooking spray, as needed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's Pork & Beans in Tomato Sauce, (16 oz)
1/3 cup Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese - (1 oz)
1 1/2 cups cooked rice, cooked without salt
6 flour tortillas - (8" dia)

 

Recipe Instructions:

Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 minute. Add onion and cook until tender.

Add beans, salsa, cheese, and rice. Heat through, stirring occasionally.

Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 burrito.

Exchanges Per Serving: 3 Starch, 1/2 Fat.
