Bean Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 16 ounce ca garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 1 16 ounce ca french-style green beans, drained 1 14 ounce ca artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and quartered 1/2 cup fat-free italian salad dressing
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and toss gently. Chill well before serving.
Per serving: 101 calories 5 g protein 1 g fat 6 g fiber 18 g carbohydrate
