Beet Ringmold Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 can Shoestring Beets 1 1/2 cup Liquid beet juice, and water 1/4 cup Sugar, (scant) =OR=- sugar sub to equial 1/4 cup sugar 1/8 cup Cider Vinegar 1 package Lemon Jello, (3 Oz.) (sugar free)
Recipe Instructions:
Drain beets and save juice. Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Put liquid in saucepan with sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour over Lemon Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add beets and mold.
Servings: 1
