Berries With Italian Cream Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries, or raspberries 1 tsp sugar 1 15 ounce pa skim ricotta cheese 1 tbsp grand marnier 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
Recipe Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the berries and the sugar. Set aside. With an electric beater, beat together the remaining ingredients until light and fluffy.
Divide berries among dessert dishes. Top each serving with a portion of the cream.

Notes: This delectable dessert is reminiscent of Italian cannoli, but has much less fat.
