Big Cookie - WW - 2 Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Oatmeal, dry
1/3 cup Nonfat dry milk
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Peanut butter, (chunky)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Banana, (mashed)(adds sweet)
2 tbsp Water, (maybe 3 T)

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at
350 F. for 5-8 min. Do not over-bake. This makes 2 soft cookies. 1
cookie = 1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1 protein, 1 fat & 1 fruit.

Servings: 2
