Black And Pinto Bean Salad Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup drained and rinsed black beans
1 cup drained and rinse pinto beans
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup minced green onions
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp minced cilantro

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Starch.
