Black Beans And Rice - Diabetic Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Black beans 1 large Onion, chopped 1 cl Garlic, crushed 1 Green pepper, chopped 2 tsp Olive oil 1 tsp Oregano 3 Bay leaves 1/2 cup Vinegar 2 cup Rice, cooked
Recipe Instructions:
Wash the beans and soak overnight in quarts of cold water. Saute the onion, garlic and pepper in the oil. Combine all ingrdients except vinegar and rice and cook over low heat until the beans are tender. Add the vinegar and serve over rice.
