Boca Pasta Bake Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

Nonstick cooking spray, as needed
1 box frozen Boca Crumbles - (12 oz)
8 oz mostaccioli, cooked, drained
1 jar spaghetti sauce - (28 to 30 oz)
3/4 cup Kraft reduced-fat Parmesan-style
grated topping, divided
1 package Kraft 2% milk shredded reduced-fat
mozzarella cheese - (8 oz)

 

Recipe Instructions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13- by 9-inch baking dish with no stick cooking spray.

Mix crumbles, pasta, spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup Parmesan topping.

Spoon into prepared dish. Top with mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan topping.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

This recipe yields 8 servings.

Exchanges Per Serving: 3 Starch, 2 Meat, 2 Fat.

Nutrition Facts: Calories 430; Calories from fat 27%; Total Fat 13g; Saturated Fat 5g; Protein 26g; Carbohydrates 52g; Cholesterol 25mg; Sodium 1310mg; Dietary Fiber 7g.

Tip: Add 1 box (10-oz) chopped frozen spinach, thawed, well drained, to crumbles mixture before spooning into baking dish.
