Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1.00 tb Vegetable oil 1.00 c Chopped onions 1.00 lb Broccoli pieces-fresh/frozen 1.00 c Cream of mushroom soup 0.25 c Milk 1.00 c Cooked rice 2.00 tb Grated parmesan cheese
Recipe Instructions:
Place oil in saucepan and heat. Add onions and cook and stir until soft but not browned. Add broccoli and cook til heated but not cooked. Mix soup and milk together to blend and add to broccoli mixture. Add rice to vegetables. Cook and stir over low heat until hot and mixed. Place in a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole that has been greased with margarine. Sprinkle parmesan evenly over top. Bake uncovered, at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and the broccoli is cooked. Serve hot using 1/2 c per serving.
