Broiled Bay Scallops Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1.00 lb Bay scallops
-or sea scallps halved
1.00 ts Paprika
Pepper, to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
2.00 tb Parsley; chopped fresh

 

Recipe Instructions:

Preheat broiler. Rinse scallops and pat dry. Place
in a baking dish. Season with paprika and pepper on al
sides. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Broil scallops about
3" from heat source 3 minutes, until they turn opaque.
Turn to make certain they are cooked through. Garnish
with parsley
