Broiled Rosemary Chicken Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
1 tsp minced fresh thyme
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (5 oz ea)

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish except the chicken. Add the chicken, turning to coat, and marinate covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to broil and broil the chicken for 15 minutes on each side.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 breast half.
