Burger Pizza Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
0.50 lb Ground beef, lean 2.50 Crackers, crushed 2.00 tb Onion, finely chopped 2.00 tb Celery, finely chopped 0.50 Egg (or yolk only) 0.50 ts Worcestershire sauce 0.50 ts Oregano 3.00 Mushrooms, sliced Pepperoni slices 0.50 md Tomato, sliced 2.00 tb Green pepper, chopped 0.25 ts Pepper, freshly ground 0.50 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded 0.50 tb Parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe Instructions:
Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, celery, egg, sauce, spice and mix well.
Use an 8" tinfoil pieplate or similar small pan (regular ground beef may need to be drained), pat beef mixture into a patty. Scatter mushrooms, pepperoni, tomato and green pepper over. Sprinkle with pepper and top with cheeses.
Bake at 350F 20-25 min until meat is no longer pink.
