Recipe Ingredients:

2 tbsp raisins
1 cup boiling water
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp mayonnaise

Soak raisins in boiling water 1/2 hour. Drain well. Mix all ingredients
and chill...
