Carrot Casserole 2 Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 cup Carrots, mashed cooked
2 tbsp Low-fat process American cheese (1/2 oz)
1 Egg
1/2 cup Skim milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
Vegetables cooking spray

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray; stir well. Pour mixture into
a 1 1/2 casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325F for 40
minutes or until thoroughtly heated. Food Exchange per serving: 1/2 STARCH
