Carrot Coleslaw Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 medium carrots, shredded 1 cup shredded green cabbage 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise 1 tbsp skim milk 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp sugar Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste 1 dash salt, (optional)
Recipe Instructions:
Combine the vegetables together in a large bowl. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
