Carrot Crazies Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 lb carrots, sliced = (or small carrots) 1 can tomato soup - (10 3/4 oz) 24 packets Equal sweetener = (or 7 1/4 tspns Equal for Recipes or 1 cup Equal Spoonful) 1 medium onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 3/4 cup wine vinegar 1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce 1 tsp salt 1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Recipe Instructions:
Boil carrots until tender, drain.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Mix well. Refrigerate in a covered container at least 12 hours
This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 1/12 of recipe.
