Cheddar-Turkey Burgers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb lean ground turkey breast 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, (4 oz) 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Recipe Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Form into 6 equal-sized patties.
Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook the patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 burger.
