Cheese And Onion Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese, plus 2 tbsp Whipped Cottage Cheese, (see recipe) 4 tbsp finely-chopped green onion 5 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 1 dash cayenne pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with chunks of cooked meat, fish, or raw vegetables.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
