Chicken In Red Wine Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 lb Skinned chicken parts 12 small White pearl onions, peeled 12 small Whole mushrooms 1 tbsp Vegetable oil, + 1 tsp Vegetable oil 1 cup Dry red wine 1/2 cup Water 1 package Instant chicken broth 1/2 tsp Paprika 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Dried thyme 2 cl Garlic, minced 1 small Bay leaf 1 tbsp Parsley flakes
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in casserole, top with onions and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. cover and bake 1 hour. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
Per serving: 36g protein, 10g fat, 5g carb., 412mg sodium, 115mg chol., 261 calories.
