Chicken Paprika 2 Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
LOW CHOLESTEROL
1 Frying chicken, (3 pounds) cut into serving pieces, skin removed 1/8 tsp Black pepper 1 1/2 tsp Paprika 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 1 cl Garlic, chopped 2 tbsp Flour 1 1/2 cup Skim milk 1 tbsp White wine Water, (as needed)
Recipe Instructions:
Season chicken with pepper and paprika. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken on all sides about 10 minutes. Add garlic. Blend flour with skim milk and heat over low flame until mixture begins to thicken. Pour over chicken, cover, and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes. Add a little water if necessary to prevent scorching. Remove chicken to a heated platter. Add 1 tabespoon white wine to gravy. reheat and pour over chicken.
