Chocolate Fudge Shake Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cup Cold 2% lowfat milk 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Sugar-Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling 2 cup Crushed ice
Recipe Instructions:
Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture will thicken as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.) Makes 4 cups or 4 servings.
Nutritional information per serving: calories - 100, protein - 5 gm., fat - 3 gm., carbohydrates - 14 gm., cholesterol - 10 mg., sodium - 340 mg. Diabetic Exchange: 2% Lowfat Milk - 1/2, Starch/Bread - 1/2.
