Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup Cold skim milk 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar-Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling 1 cup Chocolate ice milk 2 tbsp Creamy peanut butter
Recipe Instructions:
Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.) Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.
Nutritional information per serving: calories - 180, protein - 9 gm., fat - 5 gm., carbohydrates - 23 gm., cholesterol - 10 mg., sodium - 400 mg. Diabetic Exchanges: Whole Milk - 1/2, Starch/Bread - 1.
