Cool Pineapple Salsa Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
2 tbsp minced red bell pepper
2 tsp minced jalapeño pepper
1 tbsp tequila
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp minced red onion

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/4 cup.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1/2 Fruit.
