Corn Bread Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cup Cornmeal 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Sugar -or- Honey 1 Egg 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 cup Buttermilk -or- Sour Milk (1 cup Lowfat Milk + 1 tablespoon vinegar)
Recipe Instructions:
Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour into a lightly oiled 8-inch-square baking pan.
Bake in a 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
