Cranberry Nut Bread - Abm Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

9 oz Slightly warm water
1/2 cup Frozen cranberries
1 1/2 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 1/2 tbsp White sugar
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 tbsp Rounded, nonfat dry
milk powder
1/4 tbsp Cinnamon
1/8 tbsp Nutmeg
1/8 tbsp Clove
1 1/2 tsp Yeast
2/3 cup Chopped walnuts

 

Recipe Instructions:

Place the water and the cranberries in the bread machine. Let the
cranberries thaw while you get the other ingredients together. Add the

other ingredients in the order recommended for your bread machine.
Check
the mixture as it kneads, to adjust water or flour for the right
consistency. Bake on Sweet or Basic cycle.
