Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2/3 cup water 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries - (8 oz) 7 1/4 tsp Equal for Recipes = (or 24 packets Equal sweetener or 1 cup Equal Spoonful)
Recipe Instructions:
Combine water and cranberries in medium saucepan. Bring just to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered, over medium heat 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Skins will pop.)
Remove from heat; mash slightly. Stir in Equal. Cover and chill. Serve chilled with beef, pork, ham or poultry.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.

Variation: Orange-Cranberry Sauce
Reduce water to 1/3 cup and add 1/3 cup orange juice. Add 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel and one orange, peeled, sectioned and chopped, when adding Equal.
This variation yields 1 2/3 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
