Cranberry Sorbet (Sugarfree) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups Low cal cranberry juice, cocktail divided 1 package Sugarfree raspberry jello, 4 serving size 1 cup Cold evaporated skim milk
Recipe Instructions:
Bring 1 1/2 cup cranberry juice to a boil in a saucepan. In a large bowl stir together the jello and the boiled juice. Stir for 2 minutes or until jello is dissolved. Stir in the remaning juice and the cold milk. Pour into a 13X9 pan. Place in freezer and freeze for 1 1/2 hours or until frozen 1" from the edges. Spoon mixture into workbowl of a processor and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze for another 3 hours or until firm. To serve scoop into dessert dishes.
