Cream Of Cauliflower Soup Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz condensed cream of chicken soup, low-fat low-sodium 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower 1 tsp lemon juice 1 carrot, diced 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is soft, stirring occasionally. For a thicker soup, blend half of it and mix back into the original.
