1.00 c Cottage cheese;lo-fat 0.33 c Buttermilk 0.50 ts Dillweed;dry, may add more
Recipe Instructions:
Place all ingredients in blender. Process on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until served. NOTE: For variety, add herbs, spices, chopped dill pickles, dry mustard, liquid pepper, or onion powder to taste. From the Diabetic Kitchen of Joni in S.Jersey, Enjoy.
