Creamy Fruit Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
Salad: 1 15 oz. can sliced light peaches, drained 1 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 15 1/4 oz. c tropical fruit, drain & keep juice 1 16 oz. pkg. frozen whole strawberries, slightly thawed 2 cups frozen blueberries, slightly thawed 1 8 1/2 oz. ca sliced pears, drained Sauce: 1 12 oz. tub cream cheese, fat-free 1/2 cup Equal® sweetener 1 1/2 tsp vanilla retained juice from tropical fruit
Recipe Instructions:
Place peaches, pineapple, tropical fruit, strawberries, blueberries, and pears in a large bowl. Stir gently to mix. Set aside.
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until thoroughly blended. Add juice from tropical fruit and beat until smooth. Pour this sauce over fruit and mix with spoon. Chill and serve.
Servings: 12
