Creamy Tarragon Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 tsp fresh tarragon = (or 1 tspn dried tarragon) 2 tsp minced scallions 2 tsp minced parsley 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 2 tbsp tarragon vinegar 2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese, softened 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate until guests arrive; serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
This recipe yields 5 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
