Creamy Tofu Dressing Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Firm tofu, (bean curd) sliced 1 large Garlic clove, minced 2 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce 1 Lemon, juice with plup 1/4 tsp Dried leaf oregano 1/4 tsp Dried leaf marjoram 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 3 Green onions, chopped 1/4 cup Water, about
Recipe Instructions:
Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth.
