Crispy Chicken With Cheese Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
cooking spray, non-fat 1 tbs. lemon juice 3/4 cup mayonnaise, fat-free 1/4 tsp garlic powder 4 3 oz. chicken breasts without skin, boneless 1 cup chredded American or cheddar cheese, fat-free 2 cups crushed cornflakes
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, and garlic powder until well blended. Dip chicken breasts first in mayonnaise mixture, then in cheese, and finally in cornflakes. Be sure each chicken breast is covered well on both sides. Place on baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes.
