Cucumber And Mint Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
6 cups sliced cucumbers 1 small green bell pepper, diced 3 green onions, sliced 1/4 cup minced mint 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar fresh ground pepper 1 dash salt, optional
Recipe Instructions:
Combine the cucumbers, peppers, onions, and mint in a salad bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Toss with the vegetables and serve.
