Cucumber Dressing Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and shredded 1 tsp onion, grated 1 tsp vinegar 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp seasoned salt 1 cup plain yogurt, non-fat pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Drain and blot cucumbers well. Combine onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, and seasoned salt. Mix well. Gently fold in yogurt. Chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend. Spoon dressing over salad to serve.
Servings: 6
