3 cups diced seeded cucumbers
1 red chili pepper, (optional), minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp sesame oil

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and serve.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
