Curried Tuna Sandwich Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

7 oz Water packed tuna
1/2 cup Mayonnaise, (low-cal 4 me)
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Curry powder
1/4 tsp Prepared horseradish
12 slice White bread* cut in circles (not me!! whole wheat 4 me)
Softened Butter OR MARGARINE

 

Recipe Instructions:

Drain and flake tuna. Combine all ingredients, except bread and butter.
Spread each bread around with butter and tuna mixture. Tops may be
decorated with spring of parsley, bit of pimineto or olive slice. Makes 12
opened faced sandwiches. Food Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE
+ 1 FAT EXCHANGE + 1 LEAN-MEAT EXCHANGE? (whatever 9/16 of a oz which is
about 1/2 oz. or about 1 to 2 tablespoons, my guess). Source: Ideals Qucik
