Curry Dressing Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash cayenne pepper

 

Recipe Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill in a covered container at least 1 hour before serving.

This recipe yields 1 cup. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.

Exchanges Per Serving: Up to 2 tablespoons may be considered Free Food.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 2g; Protein 2g; Fat 0g; Calories 19; Fiber 0g; Sodium 81mg; Cholesterol 2mg.

Note: Low-sodium diets: Omit salt.
