Dark-Fudge Pudding Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup Granulated sugar replacement
3 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 tbsp Granulated fructose
1 dash Salt
1 1/2 cup Skim milk
1 oz Unsweetened baking chocolate in small pieces
1 each Egg, beaten
1 tbsp Margarine
1 tsp Vanilla extract

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine Sugar replacement, flour, fructose, and salt in a nonstick sauce
pan. Gradually stir in milk.
Blend well. Stir in chocolate and egg. Cook over medium heat until
mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in
margarine and vanilla. Spoon into six decorative dessert dishes. Serve warm
or chill until set.
YIELD: 6 servings
