Date Diabetic Cookies Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2/3 cup cold water
3/4 cup oleo
1 cup chopped dates
1 egg
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener
1 tbsp water
1 cup flour

 

Recipe Instructions:


Cook cold water, oleo and dates for 3 to 4 minutes and cool. Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.

Servings: 4
