Diabetic Applesauce Cookies Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups cake flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp baking powder
salt, (opt.)
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp sweet ten
1 egg
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup raisins or nuts
1 cup all bran

 

Recipe Instructions:

Mix. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
