Diabetic Cranberry And Orange Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb fresh cranberries 1 medium orange, do not peel 1 medium apple, do not peel 1 large celery stalk
Recipe Instructions:
Grind the above. 1 (3 oz.) box orange sugar free Jello 2 tbsp. Equal sweetener Dissolve Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water; add 3/4 cup cold water. Add ground fruit, celery, pineapple, sweetener. Chill.
1/2 cup = fruit exchange. busted by sooz
